Today, we present to you an absolutely delicious recipe, easy to prepare and desired by everyone: banana bread. You can enjoy a piece of banana bread in the morning, at breakfast, with a hot cup of tea or coffee.

Moreover, this tasty desert can be personalized, as you wish. Therefore, if you have imagination in the kitchen, you can add walnuts, chocolate nibs or nuts.


  • two honey spoons
  • 300 gr. flour
  • a spoon of baking soda
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 4-5 bananas
  • 85 ml. milk mixed with lemon juice
  • one spoon of vanilla

How to prepare it

Hot the oven at 180 degrees. In a big bowl, add the flour, the baking soda and salt. In another bowl melt the butter and mix it with honey, until it becomes creamy. Add the eggs, the mashed bananas, the milk and the vanilla. Mix well. Add the composition with the flour in the bowl which contains the butter. Grease an tray and pour the composition. Then, put the tray in the oven for almost one hour. Remove it from the oven and let it to cool off.
